Joint venture between tvs group and lucas industries plc, uk (now integrated with trw). In 1981, brakes india established a foundry division at sholinghur to manufacture permanent mould grey iron castings. Both divisions are quality and environment systems certified. Brakes divisions of padi, sholinghur and foundry division sholinghur were conferred with tpm special award. Foundry divisionhas been conferred with deming award for tqm.
1 Working knowledge of SAP. 2 Process/ Assembly/Fixtures/ Setting Knowledge 3 Supervisory Skills 4 Manpower handling 5 System Knowledge (Quality, ISO 14001,ISO 45001) 6 Monitors and controls the assembly operations of the cell by supervising the cell members and ensuring adherence to cell management practices. 7 Allocates manpower and administers work as per the plan in assembly to meet the production targets. 8 Prepares and reviews the assembly plan for the day with PPC module (Weekly plan if applicable) 9 Conducts quality/output checks in the line at defined intervals and take corrective action to mitigate deviations. 10 Motivates cell members for suggestions/kaizens and implement the same to meet objectives. 11 Customer Specific Requirements (Ford Q1) 12 Knowledge of MS Office 13 Good communication skill in Hindi & English.
